How can I check the accuracy of my Points count?

Points count is essential as it represents a user's total work output on Social Mining Hubs. Users can earn Points from various sources and redeem them to exchange for digital assets or physical merchandise (if available).

Some users may encounter inaccurate point counts due to bugs caused by events such as new feature releases, infrastructural changes, or third-party software updates.

To identify such an issue, users must understand all Points earning and redeeming sources. Users can quickly determine whether their Points count is accurate by summing up Points earned and redeemed from all sources.

Users can check the My Claims tab from the Marketplace page for redeemed Points.

2. Task Points

All Task-submissions-related Points

Users can check the Task Submissions tab from the My Activities page for Task Points. Users can sum all Points counts under the Points column in the My Submissions table to get the accurate total Task Points count.

Please note this Points count also includes Points earned from votes received by your Task Submissions.

3. Activity Points

All Community-Board-Activities-related Points

Users can check the Activities tab from the My Activities page for Community Board Activities Points. Users can sum all Points counts under the Points column in the My Activities table to get the accurate total Activity Points.

4. Validator Rewards Points

Points earned from voting on others' Activities and Task submissions

Users can check the dashboard of the Activities tab from the My Activities page for Validator Rewards Points.

5. Twitter Points

All Twitter-actions-related Points, including Tweet Points, Retweet Points, and Follow Points

Users can go to the Twitter page to check Points earned on Twitter by summing up Points in the Twitter actions table.

6. Reddit Points

All Reddit-actions-related Points, including Reddit Comment Points and Post Points

Users can go to the Reddit page to check Points earned on Reddit by summing up Points in the Reddit actions table.

7. Telegram Points

All Telegram-actions-related Points

Users can go to the Telegram page to check Points earned on Telegram.

8. Referral Points

All Referral-actions-related Points

Users can go to the Referral page to check Points earned from Referral commissions.

9. Translation Points

All translation-related Points

Users can go to the Translation page to check Points earned from Translations.
